David Mackenzie graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 1995.

Recently having resumed work, he kindly offered images for the cover of Percutio 2015.
He is virtually unknown outside of Australia and New Zealand.
